RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES
Dear customer, we appreciate reading the policies.
The reservation will only be effective after confirming that you are paying a minimum of 50% of the value of the service.
For our current 2x1 offers, 100% of the value of the offer must be paid
You can make modifications and/or cancellations as many times as you need, but they must always be made at least 24 business hours in advance if it is from Monday to Friday (not holidays).
Reservations for Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
For cancellations with less than 24/48 hours (depending on the reserved day) an extra charge of 30% of the total value of the service will be generated, which must be paid before rescheduling.
For appointments canceled less than 12 hours in advance and up to 3 hours before the start time, an extra charge of 40% of the total value will be generated.
For appointments not attended / no show , the full amount paid will be lost.
RETURNS:
For our rituals with a special price or rituals on 2x1 offer, the refund of money does not apply, since it is a promotional rate, the client may reschedule the appointment during the following 6 months. If you do not want to enjoy the purchased service, a virtual voucher will be generated for the value paid.
For our other services with normal rate, returns will be made if the holder (payer) so requires, up to 5 days after the purchase; in this case, 15% of the value paid for processing will be charged.
After 5 days the refund does not apply, the client will have 6 months to use the service or a bonus may also be generated for the value paid.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
To reserve, the unique ID of the certificate must be supplied.
They are not redeemable for money
Must be presented to schedule
They cannot be redeemed for services other than the one purchased.
If your service is for the redemption of a gift certificate, it is important to take into account that it is valid to use until the day printed on the card, and it is important to take into account that reservations must be made in advance, due to availability of appointments.
Expired gift certificates can only be booked during the following month (1 more month after the expiration date), paying 20% of the value of the service. After that time, they will expire completely.
The data provided at the time of booking your appointment will not be provided to third parties and will only be used by Grupo Akzara SAS
If you are going to pay for your reservation with a credit card, please attach your identity document or passport to validate the ownership of the card.
