Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Dear customer, we appreciate reading the policies.

The reservation will only be effective after confirming it, paying at least 50% of the value of the service.

For our current 2x1 offers, 100% of the offer value must be canceled

You can make modifications and / or cancellations as many times as you need, but they must always be done at least 24 business hours in advance if it is from Monday to Friday (not holidays).

Reservations for Saturdays, Sundays and / or holidays must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. 🍀

For cancellations with less than 24/48 hours (depending on the day reserved) an extra charge of 30% will be generated on the total value of the service, which must be paid before rescheduling.

For appointments canceled less than 12 hours in advance and up to 3 hours before the start time, an extra charge of 40% of the total value will be generated.

For appointments not attended / no show, the total amount paid will be forfeited.

Returns:

For our rituals with a special price or rituals on 2x1 offer, no money back is applied, as it is a promotional rate, the client may reschedule the appointment for the following 6 months. In case of not wanting to enjoy the purchased service, a virtual bonus will be generated for the amount paid.

For our other services with normal rates, returns will be made if the owner (payer) so requires, up to 5 days after purchase; in this case, 15% of the value paid for processing will be charged.

After 5 days the return does not apply, the client will have 6 months to use the service or a bonus may also be generated for the amount paid.

Gift certificates

To reserve, the unique ID of the certificate must be supplied.

They are not exchangeable for money

Must be presented to schedule

They cannot be redeemed in services other than the one purchased.

If your service is for the redemption of a gift certificate, it is important to keep in mind that it is valid for use until the day printed on the card, and it is important to note that reservations must be made in advance, due to appointment availability issues. .

Expired gift certificates can only be scheduled during the following month (1 more month after the expiration date), paying 20% of the value of the service. After that time, they will expire completely.
